The Intern's provision

Quite often when visiting patients in the hospital I would encourage them to “speak to their mountain!” Mat 17:20 & Mat 21:21. I would say to them that they need not wait for someone to pray for them, but that they, themselves, should take authority over their situations and command healing into their bodies.

The same is true for each and every good and perfect gift that comes from above, from our Abba of love ...

At work we daily open with a fellowship and prayer. Someone brings a short message and we pray.

Someone just starts singing...

A couple of months ago I shared this very message with some colleagues. I said that Jesus came to reconcile us onto Him (Col 1:20) and that our position to rule (take dominion) was restored by Jesus. We are entitled to take up our positions as heirs in the Kingdom and rule over every situation according to God’s original plan for man (Gen 1:26 & 28). I remember specifically saying that even in terms of finance, we should speak to our wallets and bank accounts and command them to flourish.

A young intern who started with us only a few weeks ago heard the message. In the subsequent meeting he gave a wonderful testimony.

He said that after hearing this message of restoration he started talking to his wallet and commanded finance to come into his account. It turned out that this young intern was without a job for quite a while before taking up the position with our organization. He was in trouble with the bank.

Remarkably, within a couple of hours of speaking to his bank account, a bank official phoned him and informed him that he no longer has to worry since his bank account would not be closed. His position with the band had been restored.
How is that for favour?

Testimony of inter's provision

How is that for taking authority and speaking to your mountain?
And Jesus said unto them, ... for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. Mat 17:20

Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done. Mat 21:21
